Paradigm's residential experience spans a variety of client types. Student housing/dormitory facilities for higher education, hotel projects, assisted living, and private residential projects including homes for individuals and high-end condominium units in a mixed-use facility on the waterfront in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Paradigm's work includes office buildings and space for Jackson Kelly, A.G. Edwards, Acordia, Petroplus & Associates, and the West Virginia University Foundation. Projects also include banking regional offices, branch banks, and check processing facilities. In each case, Paradigm works closely with the unqiue requirements of the particular business to design a facility that reflects both the appropriate image and proper functional organization to optimize the working environment.
Higher Educational experience includes administrative office space, student housing, libraries, student center facilities, classrooms, and research laboratory facilities. We have worked on campuses that include: West Virginia University, Fairmont State College, The College of West Virginia, Hampden Sydney College, Wake Forest University, Ayers State Technical College, The College of North Carolina at Greensboro, and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Paradigm's staff has also been involved in educational facilities at the elementary and middle school level including new and renovated buildings.
Medical and retirement life care projects dominate our staff's institutional portfolio. Medical projects include outpatient suregery centers, patient care rooms, emergency medicine, surgery suites, labor and delivery suites, magnetic resonance imagining and x-ray diagnostic services, heart catheterization spaces for hospital clients, radiation and chemotherapy treatment areas in cancer centers, and professional medical office space for private physicians. Retirement life care facilities range from independent elderly housing and assisted living facilities to full nursing care centers.
