Irondale Industrial Contractors Office Building
A two story office building consisting of a dozen project manager offices, conference room, and meeting / break rooms. The structure of this building is a pre-engineered steel structure with a metal roof. The façade is synthetic stucco over sheathing and metal studs. On this project, this type of construction is more cost effective than conventional steel construction, but still delivers a visually pleasing result. In addition, the materials that were selected do not require much maintenance over the long-term.
