Upper Monongahela River Center

Morgantown, WV

The project has been a key component to Morgantown’s revitalization of the Waterfront Area, which    includes access to the Waterfront Hotel, the Morgantown Event Center, office buildings, parking garages, the Caperton Rail Trail, a riverfront park, and boat docks.

The 8,660 square foot, two-story building features a restaurant capable of seating up to 100 patrons indoors with additional seating on an outdoor terrace offering fantastic views of the river.  The lower level of the facility offers storage for boats and equipment for community rowing groups and the West Virginia University Crew Team.  Access to the water is provided by a ramp system where docks accommodate 18 boat slips and the Morgantown Fire Department Boat.
