The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority approached Paradigm to perform an elevation study for two homes on Grove Street. The goal for the homes was to subtly bring something new, different, and exciting to the local neighborhood that would encourage growth and renewal. Paradigm provided a few different options ranging from more traditional to more modern. By doing this, it becomes easier to create and encourage healthy dialogue with the client in order to discover what solution best fits their needs.
