Located in Lakeland, Florida, this $12.9 million renovation and expansion transforms Lakes Church’s 2,200-seat worship center while enhancing the campus’s educational, recreational, and community-focused spaces.

The renovated sanctuary features flexible seating to improve accessibility and accommodate banquets, special events, and a variety of worship experiences. Significant audio-visual and broadcast upgrades include a 70-foot-wide LED display and television-quality camera systems designed to support both in-person and broadcast ministry.

​

Beyond the worship center, the project expands the church’s broader mission through a dedicated Mature Adults Ministry space, the development of Lakes Church Academy serving 225 students through fifth grade, a new special-needs ministry wing, and a recreation center. Together, these improvements create a more versatile and welcoming campus that supports worship, education, fellowship, recreation, and community engagement.
