The Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority approached Paradigm to design an new neighborhood development near downtown Morgantown and West Virginia University. The project comprises of single family homes and a series one, two, and three bedroom townehomes. The goal for the development was to give younger professionals an option for new and modern housing local to downtown and the University.
