Coming summer of 2016 is Morgantown's newest student luxury living housing complex U Club at Sunnyside. After the success of College Park, American Campus Communities partnered with Paradigm again to design their 100th development. U Club at Sunnyside has 536 beds made up of two and four bedroom units. In addition, a four story 8,500 square foot clubhouse features offices, a fitness center, social lounge, study lounge, spa area and outdoor pool. Due to the steep topography of the site, the development is split into three separate buildings, two of which sit immediately adjacent to University Avenue, one of the busiest streets in Morgantown. Because of it's impact on the site, Paradigm and ACC worked closely with the surrounding neighborhood, city, and WVU, to create a complex that aims to enhance student life, while also enhancing the community in which it sits.
