This ten year master plan established the physical development necessary to support the current needs of the campus as well as for projected enrollment growth. The plan addresses the current campus needs and goals while being sufficiently flexible to respond to future changes.  In addition to physical evolution, the plan addresses accommodation of academic programs.  The physical planning includes land use, campus capacity, transportation and circulation, building conditions, guidelines and quality standards for facilities, space requirements, utility needs, parking, landscape and open space structure.
