Renovation of approximately 2,000 SF on the Second Floor of the existing Coliseum for the West Virginia University Physical Education Department.  Provided the new office suite which encompasses two current racquetball courts and approximately 10 new offices.  The space required installation of structure and floor system.  The First Floor space which was occupied by the courts was built out to include a concession stand and storage and office space for the Event Staff.  The location of the Ticket Offices was renovated to add hard wall offices and miscellaneous support spaces.
